If your organization has AI features disabled, Home routes to the classic analytics dashboard instead. The onboarding guide is available to organizations created on or after August 1 2026.
What Home includes
- AI chat: A full-page prompt where you can ask OneSignal AI questions, request analysis, or get help building segments, messages, and journeys. See OneSignal AI for everything the assistant can do.
- Onboarding guide: New organizations see a personalized setup guide with steps tailored to the role and channels selected at signup. The full guide appears on the Home page; a compact version stays visible in the header on every other page. Clicking any step opens OneSignal AI with a pre-filled prompt so you can get help without leaving the dashboard.
- Recommendations tab (coming soon): Personalized suggestions based on your account data and usage patterns.
Switch back to the classic dashboard
If you prefer the analytics dashboard as your landing page, you can change this in your account preferences.1
Open account preferences
Click your account avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select Preferences.
2
Change your landing page
Under the landing page setting, select Dashboard instead of Home.
3
Save
Your preference is saved immediately. The next time you sign in or navigate to the dashboard root, you land on the classic analytics dashboard.
AI feature controls
Home uses OneSignal AI. If an Organization Owner has disabled AI features for your org in Organization Settings → AI features, Home routes to the standard dashboard and the AI prompt does not appear.Related pages
