Now you can bulk archive or delete Journeys from the Journeys index. Select up to 20 Journeys, and then choose an action you'd like to take to clean up Journeys you're no longer using.
We've added SMS Usage in the Usage page. We've also added a breakdown so you can see the message type, and a breakout by inbound and outbound. You may see an unknown country if a segment failed to send.
SMS usage is broken out by segment sends
Segment sends may be a different count from your campaign sends or audience because a large message may be broken out into multiple segments. Billing is also based on segment sends.
We have changed the format of the CSV export for Global Outcomes to include filters you have applied to the chart as well as the outcomes that you have selected to view in the chart. This change will help how you analyze the particular data of your choosing, and give you more granular detail on when Outcomes are successful.
In the side navigation, you can now easily see your Push, SMS, and Email settings. What was once "Messaging" is now "Push" settings, and SMS and Email Settings will take you directly to your channel's settings.
For email, we've created a dedicated place to manage your email provider and senders. If you are a OneSignal mail user, you'll also be able to see your reputation and suppression lists here.
Preview allows you to preview the content of a message and can be very helpful when you have a message with personalization (i.e. data tags, dynamic content, custom data). With preview, you can preview content from a specific test user's perspective, or with example custom data. Preview Documentation
Now you can add notes to the steps of your Journeys to keep reminders and more effectively collaborate and share information with your team. This feature is available for all Journeys.
It's now easier to set up double opt-in and text-to-subscribe phone number collection experiences for your customers! See our guide: SMS Opt-in and Collection
Now you can jumpstart your engagement strategies by choosing from a list of Journey outlines available on the Journeys page. Choose from onboarding, re-engagement, or promotions use cases to save time and get inspiration for creating an effective campaign. This feature is available on all plans.
We have just added a new metric to measure the CTR using Confirmed Delivery. Confirmed Click-Through-Rate (CCTR) is measured by (total clicks/confirmed delivered) * 100%
OneSignal calculates click-through-rate (CTR) based on OneSignal deliveries, but if you wanted additional granularity for your CTR to exclude devices that will never receive your notification, you can now reference the Confirmed CTR statistic on your delivery reports for Push messages.
Now you can export the data from your Subscription Trends report as a CSV. If you apply filters to the report, OneSignal will export based on the filters you've applied so that you can fine-tune the data that you use to evaluate your messaging audience.
